I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Karen and her musicians. I worked with Karen for my wedding at Cedric’s Garden at Biltmore. I had a cello, violin, and harp for the ceremony. My guests RAVED about the music after the wedding. Karen took her time working with me, I really didn’t know what I wanted when I first started the process and I changed it a few times. She added a personal song during the ceremony (Halo theme) which BLEW everyone away (they couldn’t stop talking about how impressed they were). Beautiful violinist and cellist! Karen and Paul added a truly memorable ambience for our wedding, and really made for a classy and elegant ceremony and cocktail hour. My only regret was that we were very busy taking wedding photos and mingling and didn't get to experience the beautiful music playing in the background! Karen was very receptive to playing our special music requests and did a wonderful job! Very easy and pleasant to work with, and would highly recommend her to anyone!
Karen is not just an accomplished and experienced violinist, but excellent in guiding you in your choice of musical selections that will fit the tone of your wedding if help is needed in that regard - which we did. The harpist also happens to be her daughter. She was absolutely masterful and her dramatic introduction of the bride (my daughter) going down the aisle transported the whole room into an ethereal, surreal state of mind that was palpable. Them working together also creates a certain complimentary synergy. They are both very professional and talented - but also have an elegant quiet presence which was an added bonus in our setting.
